  1. Orders and Formation of Contract

3.1 Orders placed on our Site are subject to availability and formal acceptance by us.

3.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is only formed upon our issuance of an “Order Confirmation” email.

3.3 For telephone or email orders, a quotation will be issued, followed by an invoice. The contract is formed upon the issuance of the invoice (Order Confirmation).

3.4 We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

  1. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  1. Product Descriptions and Availability

5.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, variations in colour or appearance may occur due to display differences.

5.2 All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

6.1 You are solely responsible for the use, movement, and disposal of Products once delivered.

6.2 Helium Safety Notice: Inhaling helium is extremely dangerous and may result in serious injury or death. Helium gas displaces oxygen necessary for breathing and should never be inhaled. Do not allow others to inhale helium from any Product.

6.3 Balloons may pose risks, particularly to children. It is your responsibility to ensure proper handling and disposal.

6.4 We shall not be liable for the impact of adverse weather conditions on Products used outdoors.

  1. Pricing and Payment

7.1 Prices are as quoted on the Site, subject to correction of any errors. We reserve the right to adjust pricing prior to acceptance of an order.

7.2 Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Delta, Solo, and PayPal. All orders are processed securely.

7.3 By submitting payment details, you confirm that the payment method is authorised for use by you.

7.4 While we take reasonable steps to secure payment data, we are not liable for any unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

  1. Cancellations and Amendments

8.1 To cancel or reduce an order, you must provide written notice at least 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery time to be eligible for a full refund.

8.2 If a Product has been specially ordered (i.e., not part of our regular stock), cancellation may result in a deduction from your refund and/or forfeiture of deposit.

8.3 For significant reductions (over 40%) in the event scope or order value, we reserve the right to cancel the contract with written notice.

8.4 Requests to postpone delivery must be submitted in writing. If a new date cannot be agreed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

9.1 Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approved cancellation.

10.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial disputes
  • Civil unrest
  • Governmental actions
  • Telecommunications or transport disruptions

10.2 We will notify you as soon as possible should such an event affect our ability to fulfil a contract.
